Booking an event 72-hours prior to your event time is not allowed through the site. If you need to book a last-minute event please contact us directly. Last-minute booking may incur an extra 20% surcharge.
Before booking your event please make sure you check out what the First Level and the Second Level have to offer.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT BOOKING:
A 15% deposit is required when booking your event.
This deposit becomes non-refundable within 2 weeks (14-days) of your event time.
SPECIAL EVENTS NOTICE: Events under “Special Events” category require FULL PAYMENT at the time of booking. You may cancel for a refund up to 2 weeks before the special event.
